    Responsible for managing and growing the relationship with the clients by ensuring regular interaction, engagement with Clients (project specific).

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Project Management:
    1. Responsible for preparing detailed process note, Project delivery document and Project delivery schedule in consultation with the Marketing team and IT solutions team.
    2. Overall implementation and successful delivery of education solutions Projects.
    3. Ideate and set up processes and systems for education delivery including designing & managing development of products (Project specific).
    4. Ideate and set up operations back end team and services for logistics, printing, collections, online platform, etc.
    5. Coordinate with Engagement Team, Subject Matter Experts and Software solutions team for successful implementation & delivery of projects as per client deliverables.
    Client Management:
    1. Ensuring customer satisfaction of clients in terms of meeting project deliverables/schedules.
    2. Play the role of SPOC (Single point of contact) for all customer requirements
    3. Keep the Project manager/Reporting authority updated about any requirements, complaints/issues/concerns
    4. Get clarification from Project Manager for each and every concern/issue or requirements raised by clients
    5. Understand the complete project requirements by updating self with Project delivery document and project schedules
    6. Keep the clients informed about the stats of the projects on timely basis
    7. Depends on the customer needs and project requirement, the engagement Manager/executive should be ready to travel /relocate/ work from clients place
    8. If client comes up with any additional requirements or changes in the projects, the same needs to be communicated to Project manager without delay, incase of non cooperation, the same needs to be escalated to the Operations Head/SBU Head accordingly.
    1. Keeping track of the Project schedule, cost/expenses (actual vs budget)
    2. Keeping track of status of the project, the necessary documentation of the same.
    3. Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and provide necessary inputs/data for the preparation of inter departmental MIS reports as per Reporting Authority requirements.
    4. Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures of the Company
    5. Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority
