    Roles & Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for development of Business plans & sales funnel for the electronic payments Business Unit.
    2. Development of local strategy for Indian market in alignment with the overall strategy of payments.
    3. Management of key industry relations and development of business.
    4. Sales development of the company in e-payment & e-governance markets in India.
    5. Business development for strategic projects in the region.
    6. To market the existing solution of payment system, banking solutions & e-governance to Indian banks, financial institutions in local markets.
    7. Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures of the Company.
    8. Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority.

    Funtional Skills:
    1. Experience in post sales business enhancement and development of account of technology solutions in banking industry / financial sector

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    1. Define process key parameters and better output or a greater stability
    2. Production Conditions for new or modified installations
    3. Regularly monitor the parameters relating to plant operation & Manage Audits
    4. Planning / Sequential intervention
    5. Address production / process bottlenecks for a better output or a greater stability.
    6. Define instructions concerning process key parameters.
    7. Define production conditions for new or modified installations under supervision of the optimisation manager.
    8. Control & monitoring entire plant machine operations & parameters.
    9. Conduct production process studies and audits which he deems necessary or which are requested by the line management, with the possible assistance of experts from the technical centre or the plant optimisation manager.
    10. Liaise with the technical management for process issues and take part in the plant development projects.
    11. Perform the required works within a well-defined work planning.
    12. Prepare written and oral reports on the work undertaken in a clear and concise manner.

    Expected Competencies, Qualification & Functional Expertise
     
    1. Should be an Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical / Production Engineer / Electronics.
    2. Experience of 5 – 10 years in heading Process in a Large or Medium Size Manufacturing Unit with at least managed 4-5 direct Supervisors / Executives / Engineers & total size of 30-40.

    Objective:

    Adhere to the right processes and systems in place for effective delivery of projects related to education solutions.

    Lead the projects which will be responsible for all delivery commitments to clients in this space.

    Responsible for managing and growing the relationship with the clients by ensuring regular interaction, engagement with Clients (project specific).

     
    Roles & Responsibilities:
     
    Project Management:
    1. Responsible for preparing detailed process note, Project delivery document and Project delivery schedule in consultation with the Marketing team and IT solutions team.
    2. Overall implementation and successful delivery of education solutions Projects.
    3. Ideate and set up processes and systems for education delivery including designing & managing development of products (Project specific).
    4. Ideate and set up operations back end team and services for logistics, printing, collections, online platform, etc.
    5. Coordinate with Engagement Team, Subject Matter Experts and Software solutions team for successful implementation & delivery of projects as per client deliverables.
     
    Client Management:
    1. Ensuring customer satisfaction of clients in terms of meeting project deliverables/schedules.
    2. Play the role of SPOC (Single point of contact) for all customer requirements
    3. Keep the Project manager/Reporting authority updated about any requirements, complaints/issues/concerns
    4. Get clarification from Project Manager for each and every concern/issue or requirements raised by clients
    5. Understand the complete project requirements by updating self with Project delivery document and project schedules
    6. Keep the clients informed about the stats of the projects on timely basis
    7. Depends on the customer needs and project requirement, the engagement Manager/executive should be ready to travel /relocate/ work from clients place
    8. If client comes up with any additional requirements or changes in the projects, the same needs to be communicated to Project manager without delay, incase of non cooperation, the same needs to be escalated to the Operations Head/SBU Head accordingly.
     
    MIS
    1. Keeping track of the Project schedule, cost/expenses (actual vs budget)
    2. Keeping track of status of the project, the necessary documentation of the same.
    3. Prepare daily/weekly and monthly reports and provide necessary inputs/data for the preparation of inter departmental MIS reports as per Reporting Authority requirements.
    4. Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures of the Company
    5. Handling any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Authority
