Mr. Girish Kini is B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He joined the organization 1997 on the shop floor, and over the years worked his way up to the Head of SBUs of “Secure Transactions” – Security Printing, Business Forms, Transactional Production, MCT Cards & Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Shashi Ranjan is B.E. in Printing Technology from Manipal Institute of Technology. He joined the organization in 1998 and worked his way from the bottom of the ladder to become the Head of SBUs of Commercial Printing and Print Management Solutions (PMS).

Mr. Nagendra Rao is a B.E degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, Dharwad and joined Manipal Technologies Limited in the year in 1989. He has a rich experience of 30 years in different fields of production including Security, Commercial, Paper cards, etc.In his current position as VP-Marketing, he is in charge of the sales and marketing activities of Manipal Technologies Limited and its subsidiary companies including MCT, Manipal Packaging and Universal print systems.

An alumnus of Manipal Institute of Technology, Guruprasad Kamath has over 18 years of work experience with a multitude of organizations operating in domains of IT, ITES and financial services. He heads the Digital Solutions business unit in MTL which offers a comprehensive solutions suite in pre-media and digital content space.

Mr. Rajesh Shet has over 30 years of experience in the ITeS, fintech, and financial services industries. He has been associated with the company for 20 years and has played an instrumental role in driving growth and expansion opportunities in the banking domain. His diverse experience spans incubating, building and scaling new lines of business in the financial services sector, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and growth. Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnataka University.

Mr. Vishal Jain holds over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held prominent leadership positions in fintech, multinational banks, and digital lending organizations, both in India and abroad. Currently, he is leading the growth of Manipal Business Solutions (MBS) by driving business strategies to expand the business correspondent network, grow doorstep banking initiatives that include KYC services, and working closely with leading banks to make financial solutions more accessible to the last mile. His vision is to make MBS the most preferred and trusted fintech company in India. Before joining MBS, Vishal worked with Spice Money, Paytm, Indifi, Barclays Corporate Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and GE. In his entrepreneurial role, Vishal incubated two successful startups. Vishal holds a post-graduate degree in Marketing & Finance from IMT Ghaziabad.

Puja Singh is an accomplished business leader with an impressive 24-year career in the financial services and digital payments sectors. Known for her strategic vision and innovative approach, she has successfully driven growth and transformation at major corporations including Paytm, Mastercard, SBI Cards, and GE Capital. Her expertise in sales and distribution, operations, and strategic partnerships, complemented by her deep understanding of digital innovation, has enabled her to consistently deliver exceptional results.

At SBI Cards, she played a key role in elevating the company to become a leading credit card issuer in India, focusing on strategic distribution expansion and innovative sales models. Her tenure at Mastercard as a corporate strategy leader and business transformation leader was marked by the successful delivery of new partnerships and products, significantly contributing to the company’s bottom line.

Puja is certified in Quality Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma, highlighting her commitment to operational excellence and business transformation. Her strategic leadership at SahiBandhu is driving the company towards a remarkable growth trajectory, thanks to her comprehensive experience in consumer lending, encompassing sales, marketing, product development, risk management, and collections.

Beyond her professional achievements, Puja is deeply committed to philanthropy. She actively supports women-led initiatives and works with underprivileged children, reflecting her passion for creating an inclusive and equitable society. Mr. S Sudhish Rao is B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. He joined the organization in 1996 as a Trainee Engineer and over the years has grown up to head the Research & Development and Engineering & Technology Departments. He is also fostering industry-academia consortium with incubation centers for R&D projects across IIT-Kanpur, IISC, Bangalore, NIT-K, Mangalore and MIT, Manipal.

Mr. Subhasis holds more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, business finance, and strategy. His expertise in risk management, compliance, financial reporting, joint venture management, and business restructuring has helped the company make strategic decisions, optimize capital allocation, and drive overall business growth. Subhasis is responsible for all financial functions of the company and its subsidiaries. Subhasis is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA degree.

Mr. Arun holds more than 25 years of experience in the technology space and leads a high-performing IT team that has been instrumental in setting up the required IT, Communication infrastructure, and Cyber Security Controls and Standards across the group business entities and their new business initiatives. Currently, He is responsible for all IT infrastructure, safety, audits, and compliance across all businesses and also handles the responsibility of CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) for the Group. Arun holds a diploma in engineering from Dr. T.M.A Pai Polytechnic, Manipal.

Mr. Naveen holds more than 30 years of experience in operations, projects, supply chain management, and sales. His diverse experience in supply chain operations helped the company ensure high-level efficiency and develop processes to reduce lead time. Currently, Naveen leads the enterprise risk management for all business units of Manipal Technologies Limited and its subsidiaries. He is an engineering graduate from the Manipal Institute of Technology. Naveen completed the Visionary Leader for Manufacturing (VLFM) Programme by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

Mr. Narahai is a Graduate in Business management and has vast experience in Marketing and Production. He joined the organization in 1982 and has been a key member to the company. Presently he is heading the Government business and New products.
